Dale & Gilda Hendershot

Our situation was unusual because we were in Florida while our home was for sale in Pennsylvania. Dave Lichtenwalner took the time to make sure we knew what was going on (showings, feedback, etc.) so we could make changes as necessary. Our PA home was unusual because we had many outbuildings and it took a  special someone to appreciate the property. Dave found that special someone and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
