Ann Lerch was incredibly helpful, responsive and thoughtful throughout my experience purchasing a home. As a first time home owner, I had next to no knowledge of what goes into purchasing a house. Ann was there to help me every step of the way, and she did an excellent job breaking the process down for me. There were obstacles that popped up along the way given the nature of the house I purchased (it’s an older home and required repairs), and she was very patient and eager to help along the way. I would certainly recommend Ann to anyone looking to buy a home!
