Dave Lichtenwalner helped me with the sale from start to closing.  He explained everything on the forms required, and took care of the listing and negotiations.  He even arranged to have a notary available to sign the documents when I was unable to attend the closing in person.  He then represented me at closing.  This was the second time I used Dave to sell a property and in both transactions I was completely satisfied with the way he handled the sales.  Highly recommended.
