Dave Lichtenwalner was the sellers agent, but also worked with us the buyers, to move the process along. Dave was willing to answer any of our questions and concerns. He was a great resource for lawyers, inspection companies and insight into the community we eventually moved into. He worked hard to resolve any issues with the house to make sure we closed on time.
