If you need someone that really knows his business, you can’t beat Gregory Smith. He did an amazing job under what were, at times, very trying conditions. As I was living out of state at the time of listing the property, I feel that Greg went above and beyond what anyone would expect – even to the point of taking out the trash and dealing with contractors for needed repairs! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in the area.
