Dave Lichtenwalner helped me get a house in a highly desired area at a reasonable price. The listed area was incorrect, therefore the price was significantly over estimated. Dave worked hard to negotiate a reasonable price to make the deal work.  He is also very knowledgeable on almost everything about the real estate market. I can’t imagine that I would have been able to get a satisfactory house without his help!
