Our particular house sale took place over a two year period during which Dave Lichtenwalner: appraised our property, offered a useful perspective on a potential sale to a family member (that did not happen), helped us find a plumber when we had a serious issue several months before the sale, and then guided us through the downsizing and actual selling. He always returned calls and took the time to patiently explain the legal documents we needed to sign. Since we were moving out of state, he arranged for us to complete the sale remotely.
