Buying and selling a home during a pandemic was one of the hardest things we’ve ever done. Our realtor, Dave Lichtenwalner, was recommended to us by several people, and for a good reason. We called Dave, he came over the next day, the photographer came 2 days later and the next day our house was listed for sale on the MLS, Zillow and Trulia. The showings started right away and we were always contacted in advance to confirm the showing. Dave always got back to us within a day or 2 with the comments from the people who viewed the house.
