We called Dave, he came over the next day, the photographer came 2 days later and the next day our house was listed for sale on the MLS, Zillow and Trulia. The showings started right away and we were always contacted in advance to confirm the showing. Dave always got back to us within a day or 2 with the comments from the people who viewed the house. The house is very old and needed a lot of work so it took awhile to sell (October 2019 to June 2020) but Dave and the others at Berkshire Hathaway Choice Properties were always in touch and for the most part took care of everything.
