Dave Lichtenwalner was very thorough with the entire process of selling our home. He explained the steps along the way prior to listing the house and managed our expectations. Dave knows the entire Nazareth market. He responded to our requests and counter offers in a positive and instructive way, and gave insightful recommendations for handling different situations we encountered. Our house was listed February 1 and closed June 15. Dave is fair and honest and we were generally pleased with the final results.
We had the opportunity to meet Kim Goerlich almost a year ago (Summer 2017). She would reach out and send friendly e-mails asking us how our home search was going. She was patient (we changed the move date a few times) and worked quickly to ensure we got the house we loved when there were multiple people looking at it.
