Dave Lichtenwalner was very helpful and VERY patient as I was in the process of buying a home four years ago. I then opted not to buy a home back then and moved in with my boyfriend. Upon ending that relationship, I was in the market again. Dave was wonderful “putting up with me” once again. Dave is personable and professional, which is why I have him now selling my father’s house. He is compassionate, as he understands how hard it is for an 85 year old man to leave his house.
