My husband and I used Greg Smith to purchase a house last year. We also use him to manage a rental for US. In addition We recommend Greg to all our friends who may need a realtor. In all our dealings with Greg he has been the consummate professional. He is very detail-oriented, does everything by the book, and makes sure all i’s are dotted and t’s crossed. He is a great negotiator and during our house purchase made sure all bases were covered and had everything in writing. This advice helped us save a substantial amount of money. When we were writing the contract to purchase our house, my husband wanted to waive the septic inspection on the property as he felt there were not going to be any issues. Greg could have allowed us to do that but he indicated a few reasons where he strongly felt that waiving the inspection Would not be in our best interest. With that advice, we changed our mind and made the inspection a part of the contract and are we glad we did. The test indicated problems which required the installation of a new system that cost the sellers close to $20,000 to replace prior to settlement. We would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a real estate professional with a lot of knowledge and experience
