The process for me of buying a house started in January 2012 and ended in May 2013. My search parameters limited us to certain neighborhoods and price points but in the 13 months of previewing houses Greg stuck by me in trying to find my perfect house. He was always updating me on newly listed homes and getting me to see them quickly. Once found my house it took 3 months to get it to settlement as it was a “short sale”. Greg made sure I was aware of the pitfalls in buying a “short sale” house but luckily the process went smoothly and I know part of the reason for that was Greg’s communication with all parties involved.
