When it was time for me and my husband to buy our first house, she told me that we should use Greg Smith because from her first hand experience she knew that he was fun, friendly, knowledgeable and took good care of his “real estate virgins.” Greg initially met with US to discuss the “Sticker shock” of a mortgage payment and closing costs So we knew what we were dealing with when we found “the house”. He was very patient in our 2 to 3 month search looking at houses in Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Whitehall, Catasauqua….the entire Lehigh Valley. Once we found our house, he made sure all things went smoothly throughout the Contract and mortgage processes, and then to settlement. So glad Mom told us to use Greg, he is the best!!!!!

If you want a professional who is trustworthy and will have your best interests in his mind at all times, then you want Greg Smith as your agent. The process for me of buying a house started in January 2012 and ended in May 2013. My search parameters limited us to certain neighborhoods and price points but in the 13 months of previewing houses Greg stuck by me in trying to find my perfect house. He was always updating me on newly listed homes and getting me to see them quickly. Once found my house it took 3 months to get it to settlement as it was a “short sale”. Greg made sure I was aware of the pitfalls in buying a “short sale” house but luckily the process went smoothly and I know part of the reason for that was Greg’s communication with all parties involved.
