My husband and I used Greg Smith to purchase a house last year. We also use him to manage a rental for US. In addition We recommend Greg to all our friends who may need a realtor. In all our dealings with Greg he has been the consummate professional. He is very detail-oriented, does everything by the book, and makes sure all i’s are dotted and t’s crossed. When we were writing the contract to purchase our house, my husband wanted to waive the septic inspection on the property as he felt there were not going to be any issues. If you want a professional who is trustworthy and will have your best interests in his mind at all times, then you want Greg Smith as your agent. The process for me of buying a house started in January 2012 and ended in May 2013. My search parameters limited us to certain neighborhoods and price points but in the 13 months of previewing houses Greg stuck by me in trying to find my perfect house. He was always updating me on newly listed homes and getting me to see them quickly. Once found my house it took 3 months to get it to settlement as it was a “short sale”.
