Our house was up for sale as a result of a divorce and our realtor Dave Lichtenwalner did everything possible to get the house sold for us at the best price we could get as quickly as possible. He was always prompt in getting back to us with any news on any potential interests and kept us up to date on the activity going on as far as people coming for a showing, etc. We were always either texted or emailed with any news at all, good or bad, with respect to the sale.
