Kathy Magditch was just great in so many ways. She tried her best to get us in to see the houses we wanted to see with very short notice. She always came prepared with print outs of the houses info so we could compare visually the homes pros and. Cons. She even kept and eye out for the kind of house we were looking for and notified us when she found one. That is actually what helped us get our home, was here quickness in finding our home and getting us in to see it. We had a lot of looking at houses with her. She also made the buying process easy for me. Kept me on my toes with the things I needed to do. She just helped all along the way and made the process much easier for me. I was both prepared and informed because of her. There is nothing bad that I could say about her to be honest. The market was terrible at the time and the houses were going fast. Thanks to her and all she did we were able to purchase one of our own.
Kathy Magditch sold 2 properties for me. She was very professional, knowledgeable and most of all kind. She made what I thought would be a very hard process, into one of the easiest things I ever had to do. Kathy is a true expert in her field.
