Michael Ronca

I was born and raised in Nazareth and have been working in the Lehigh Valley my entire life.
Growing up in the construction business exposed me to various facets of the real estate industry. Throughout high school, I worked in the construction business building residential properties, and then I wanted to become licensed to buy and sell real estate. So, when I was 18 years old, I became a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania. Next, I went to Penn State for finance where I particularly enjoyed studying real estate financial analysis. In between my undergraduate studies, I worked in real estate development throughout the Lehigh Valley. As a result of being exposed non-stop to contracts, zoning, and other areas of law, I decided to pursue a law degree at Penn State Law. Currently, I am in my second year and am focusing on business/corporate and real estate law. Accordingly, I would love to help with all your real estate needs.
