Last year I worked with Dave Lichtenwalner from Choice Properties and I can’t rave enough about what an outstanding experience it was! Dave is so knowledgeable and being a first time seller, he put my mind at ease through the process. He graciously helped me with a few hurdles I encountered and was more than patient through my many questions. Dave completely understood my requests when searching for a home and we found the perfect one! An amazing experience from Dave right on to the staff in the office. They also have great recommendations on lenders, home inspectors, well, anything you might need they have a recommendation to offer. I highly recommend Choice Properties as they are amazing all the way around, and made this a painless process!
